We provide a 3rd level support team for the Federal Information Technology Center in the area of electronic subsidy processing. The application, developed by the ITZBund itself, maps the complex process of processing subsidies. Our team, consisting of Oracle database specialists, forms the preliminary stage of software development through our support activities.
