Whether accident insurance, health insurance or employment promotion – we support our clients with the highest level of expertise and commitment in the digitalization and optimization of specialist procedures and processes. We also support our clients on their path to agility and jointly develop future-proof solutions that are close to citizens and make the day-to-day work of case workers easier. In particular, the modernization of the Federal Employment Agency’s web portal and our work for the various medical billing institutions have strongly influenced our working methods in terms of agility. Our goal: together we create added value for citizens and authorities.

We are developing a range of online services for the public sector in the area of career guidance as well as comprehensive search tools for vocational and academic training programs.

ITZBund

We provide a 3rd level support team for the Federal Information Technology Center in the area of electronic subsidy processing. The application, developed by the ITZBund itself, maps the complex process of processing subsidies. Our team, consisting of Oracle database specialists, forms the preliminary stage of software development through our support activities.
