Experience Innovation and Discover Career Opportunities

From April 1st to 3rd, JavaLand 2025 took place at the Nürburgring – a meeting point for developers, IT professionals, and companies from across the German-speaking region. This year, virtual7 GmbH was once again present at the trade fair, impressing with a combination of technology and entertainment. Employees from the Customer Cluster Social Security as well as from the Core Clusters Human Relations and Sales were on-site at the booth

At the heart of virtual7’s exhibition was personal interaction. Employees from the Customer Cluster Social Security and the Core Clusters Human Relations and Sales held numerous discussions – ranging from potential collaborations and project involvement to career opportunities. “This year, we were able to have many high-quality conversations with attendees, particularly regarding possible full-time positions at virtual7 and opportunities for collaboration on existing framework agreements and participation in new tenders,” reported Emin Dokur from the Core Cluster Sales.

“We are further validated in our estimation that many companies and freelancers are currently seeking new opportunities in the public sector. What surprised us was the openness of many of the contacts on this topic – a clear sign of the current economic pressure,” he added.
As a specialist in IT solutions with a focus on the public sector, virtual7 used JavaLand as an opportunity for networking and initiating new partnerships. In addition to gaining new insights, the main focus was on one thing: advancing digitalization together and having fun while doing it!

A special attraction at virtual7’s booth this year was the “Racing Seat,” a racing seat with a VR headset. Visitors to the booth could sit down, put on the VR headset, and dive into the world of virtual motorsports. The goal was to win the racing game and achieve the fastest time of the day. The drivers’ views could be followed by onlookers on a large screen.

Our team took the opportunity to network and plan joint projects. virtual7 looks forward to the next JavaLand in 2026. We would like to sincerely thank everyone who visited our booth.
