Bonus payments to employees in total amount of 840 thousand euros

The IT consulting and software company virtual7 GmbH starts the new fiscal year 2022 with promising figures. “We would like to thank all employees who have made the 2021 financial year the most successful since the company was founded 25 years ago”, said Managing Directors Jochen Rieg and Marcus Weiss.
The Karlsruhe-based company with locations throughout Germany, in Romania and Switzerland was able to significantly increase its sales compared to the previous year. The demand for individual digitization solutions from customers in Germany’s public sector has enabled the company to generate steady growth for the third year in a row. The responsive company organization is seen as one of the reasons for the positive and sustainable development. It enables the entire company to respond quickly. “We see it as our task to support Germany in digitization projects and thereby offer added value. At the same time, we are convinced that we are advancing Germany through our work. Last but not least, our employees are primarily responsible for this”, said the company’s Managing Directors. Bonus payments totaling 840 thousand euros will be paid out to employees in February, allowing them to share in the success of 2021.
A similarly positive result is expected for 2022. In the coming weeks, the planning will be finalized in order to be able to form a reliable forecast.
Due to the ongoing pandemic in Germany, this year’s kickoff was once again held online, in front of screens at home.
