YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Offer support to employees and management in HR related topics
• Keeping up to date with HR polices, updating and communicating company’s internal regulations
• Support in On & Off Boarding
• Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
• Support to improve internal processes and systems
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Strong collaboration with HR Recruiter and Marketing to develop and increase visibility of our employer brand
• Collaborating with your team to accomplish your common goals
• Getting involved in various internal initiatives and projects

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in human relations or related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in an HR position, preferred in an IT company.
• Experience in HR Administration
• Labour legislation knowledge
• Good communication and moderation skills
• Structured, analytic, strategic, and self-responsible way of working
• Willingness to further development
• Fluent English language skills written and spoken
