Existing quality management processes enable certification without further adjustments

(Karlsruhe, ) After a successful audit, virtual7 has successfully completed the certification according to ISO 9001:2015 on March 31, 2021. The globally recognized standard defines the requirements for effective quality management.The implementation of the quality management system went smoothly: The quality of the services has always been the most important success factor of virtual7. Every employee lives the quality orientation and continuous improvement in their daily work in often system-relevant projects. “With this certification, we ultimately carry to the outside what has long been a matter of course at virtual7. Quality, transparency and continuous improvement in processes are essential components in the implementation of our customer projects,” says Jochen Rieg, Managing Director of virtual7 GmbH.The introduction of the responsive company organization in 2020 already required a restructuring of the processes, which were documented in the course of this. This formed an excellent basis for the creation of the quality management manual and thus the processes did not have to be adapted at any point.

Certification in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 represents an important suitability or performance criterion in public tenders. virtual7 is shaping Germany’s digital future and, in doing so, can now present its quality claim to the outside world in a certified manner thanks to ISO 9001:2015.
