With its contribution to the digital future of Germany, virtual7 GmbH provides citizens with easier access to official matters.

(Karlsruhe, ) One month after the provision of over 70 digital services at the Federal Employment Agency (BA), the team from virtual7 GmbH is more than satisfied with its contribution. virtual7 was largely responsible for the “Online Appointment Arrangement” service. This is a digital service for citizens that enables them to manage appointments at the employment agency or job center online. The employees of virtual7, together with the team of the BA, have achieved their goal that not only appointments for a variety of questions can be made digitally – be it questions about child benefit, unemployment benefit, or even questions about rent – but also that these appointments can as well be rescheduled and canceled online.

In addition, the contact form on the BA’s website was implemented by virtual7 and now offers citizens an easy and uncomplicated start in the supposed jungle of bureaucracy. Both digital services are extremely well received by citizens and the feedback from the public is very positive, which can be easily seen from the digital feedback component.

So when the BA’s CEO, Andrea Nahles, wants “citizens to have a good experience in their online contact with the BA,” virtual7 has already helped to meet this aspiration.

The existing digital services already offer both citizens and employees of the BA a great relief in their daily work. With a team of 15 employees, virtual7 is still working hard to continuously improve the BA’s digital services so that trips to the administration offices can become a rarity.
